Dean Solo

Incredible! evocative of another era of improvised jam music, but with it's own modern sound and twists. Reminds me of both the Grateful Dead and Frank Zappa in that capacity, where the guitarists would go on these 10 minute free flight guitar solos and you would just lay back and groove to it. Really mind expansive stuff that just takes you to outer space. I did not discover them until later in their career's but they have become one of my favorite bands in their genre of music. Pink Lady Lemonade is my favorite album by them. I was fortunate to have scored a copy it on vinyl recently, even though it was only pressed in a limited edition of 500. Truly a unique and wonderful band.
