Just rec 'd. CD of Joan Baez Greatest hits today. the plastic CD case WAS of Joan Baez Greatest hits. However. when I opened the case inside was a CD of some religious CD by Audra McDonald (whomsoever THAT is) Upon reading some of the complaints about declutter I guess I'm not surprised. Clearly some catatonic employee of declutter just glanced at the CD case from some pile without EVER opening the damned case and shipped it to me. I have come to see that after reading a small fraction of complaints about declutter and the inability to get fair recompense from them (or ANY response) I am up excrement creek
