This movie, while a supposed fantasy, encapsulates everything that’s going on right now…right down to giant tech manipulating everyone’s world. This is our daily news disguised as entertainment. Oh wait, that’s what our daily news is these days. If the producers were trying to send a message, they succeeded. But none of this is funny.
