It's literally just the Matrix again, with worse effects and less engaging storyline.
The fan service is actually decent. A little excessive but saved this from being a worse film.
Action was better in the original. Some concepts using the new technology were actually pretty cool.
It seems like the only reason they made this was money and to make Trinity the one although it's not explicit she did become the one, it's more that her and Neo are the one. So now the whole "Trans" story is complete.
