Spoilers incoming! I didn't understand the villain in this movie, she was really the most disappointing thing. It's the same story of "you took everything from me" story, and I'm not sure why they didn't leave the planet instead of destroying others. They clearly had technology to relocate, and she seemed very weak. Not much of a backstory on her either, and even in her final moments, she seemed wasted. The idea of three characters swapping confused the heck out of me on a first watch, and none of the jokes landed. Especially the cats being mentioned all the time. It felt like they cut a lot out of the movie, and it shows that scenes looked to be added in after. Best thing in this movie was Ms. Marvel by a longshot. Her character was great fun, and she looked like she really enjoyed herself. The movie isn't worse than The Eternals, but not much better.

Spoilers! This movie's run time is pretty quick, and it still felt quite slow. The idea that two people would go to the woods to camp, with literally no one around (minus the one "creepy" guy) is interesting that they reserved their camping spot. Starting out with constant foreshadowing, and basic things being avoided (taking a map for example). The characters are a miss, and not believable. Later into the movie, Brad leaves his girlfriend's phone in her car, so they have no phones or map, or frankly any direction at all. They meet a fellow mate in the woods, and it plays off as "creepy" making you think he could be a threat. Yet, they see no one else while being there, minus when they first enter. Later, there are signs of a bear creeping around (breaking sticks, growling in the woods) but it still goes pretty slowly until it attacks, which is hilarious. They wake up in the morning full well knowing a bear or bears are in the area (the broken sticks, the bear hole they find) but pay this no mind. Brad wakes up looking outside of the tent to see a huge black bear, and they just keep opening the tent to look, which invites it over. Jenn gets cut on her arm a bit, while Brad is literally mauled, and the bear spray does nothing (also takes her forever to think to use it). After, she gets out of the tent as Brad was pulled out and is literally dying, and when she finally decides to exit, she grabs the engagement ring?? After this, she leaves drinking river water (clearly don't do this) but they don't show it causing any issues except a quick cough. Later there is a scene where she outruns the bear to a cliff at a pre-described waterfall, and slips breaking her ankle. Making a slit with a stick she waddles away, and somehow looses the walking stick she had. Naturally she makes it back to the initial campsite, and collapses when she arrives back at the start where the Irish guy is with a tour and it cuts to black. Overall thoughts was this was a hilarious movie. One basic thing to do when camping somewhere in the woods is to be prepared. Bring a map, bring food, bring defense (if known bear areas) etc. Literally of all this is thrown out the windows right away. Movie felt like a 2 hour film, not the short run time it had.

Not bad, not fantastic either. An alright movie for the MCU, probably not going for a re-watch on it. There were many times that Natasha should have been severally injured as a human without super human abilities, and just kinda "walked it off". The plot I wasn't too crazy about, and the action wasn't too shabby. Any fight scene, special effects, were done great as always. If you are looking for something to watch while munching on a big bowl of president's choice popcorn, you have a movie right here for you. Cheers!

Not bad, not great. Good movie to just watch and not think to much into. I went into this movie with a bit of low expectations and was surprised a few times throughout the film. It was a breath of fresh air seeing the chorography, but the story was a bit "meh". It's the classic evil organization, the side character who only makes jokes, and the classic trained assassin character, who makes tons of jokes and is sarcastic. Overall, not a bad movie to check out and enjoy, probably wouldn't watch it again.
