Difficult to find the words to describe a programme which I enjoyed very much: the personal thoughts of Aspergers Chris Packham as he films himself with a 360 degree movie selfie camera, supplemented by some drone aerial photography, walking through 10 miles of the River Itchen as it meanders through the sunny spring Hampshire countryside. I ended up wanting much more, but it probably can't be replicated.
