It shows the theoretical limitations of maths as a subject. It also talks about the most important concept in maths that is Set theory developed by Cantor. All the mathematicians appearing in this book, like Georg Cantor, Russell, Godel, Hilbert, Turing, etc. are one of the key people in the maths area. Hilbert defined the research direction for maths for the next century. It also shows how Cantor institutionalized the mathematical field. It is hard to describe the importance of the abstract idea that this book deals with and explain it in a short review. One must read it and spend some time to ponder on it. The mathematician who is involved with the author in this book is a great theoretical computer scientist working on complexity theory and many more areas.
