If you’re a dark souls fan, STAY AWAY!! I was super excited for a star wars take on a game like this, but wow am I disappointed. This game takes all the fun out of souls-like games and makes the combat mind numbingly non-skill based. The level design is horribly confusing and the fact that fast travelling between save points is impossible; you’ll find yourself wandering around for way too much time trying to navigate the 3d map that makes absolutely 0 sense. Nothing more frustrating than beating all the puzzles, killing all the bosses and getting stuck just trying to get back to your ship. The cutscenes are cool and the god of war-esque puzzles are fun. I paid $30 and I wish I could return it, because I would.
