Space Cowboy

Damn good series and certainly worth the time it takes to watch it.

I really like this movie. It was pretty intense from start to finish. Which is what I like. The depiction also seemed to be quite authentic. Except for one small minor flaw. The crew wasn't rocking nearly as rough as the rough seas indicated they should have been rocking, but everything else seemed to be very genuine and realistic. Anyway, I really enjoyed this movie. As this is my favorite kind of movie and Tom Hanks, as always was terrific.

Loved the backdrop of the movie in Louisiana. Hated the piss poor dialogue, piss poor direction, and the over dramatization of everything in the movie.

As a former offshore oilfield worker, I can attest that the movie is very true to life and reminds me a great deal of my time working out in the Gulf of Mexico. As I worked out of Venice, LA on numerous occasions and on rigs very similar to the Deepwater Horizon. Everything down to the LSU Tiger hoodie Mike Williams was wearing at the end of the show was very authentic. I had a few close calls in my day, but luckily never a major blowout like that one. I bet that BP company man has a very hard time sleeping at night.

It was a very cool comedy. I enjoyed it.

I didn't know it was going to be a damn Broadway show. It bored me to death.

A classic who done it with a twist and with some very interesting characters. Loved it.
