Buttered Biscuits

Queen LaQueefer tries to fill Denzel Washington’s shoes in this series that clearly has an agenda to stir the pot with racism, feminism, LGBTQ, etc etc… if that’s what keeps you going, by all means, have at it. But even then, it’s redundant. Large out of shape manly woman, solves case after case in less than an hour. Episode after episode. However many seasons straight. Straight snooze fest. If I could give it zero, I would… and I feel that I rate everything fairly, with plenty 5/5’s. But this ain’t it ya’ll. Hard pass for me.

I’ve never seen a cast nail the roles like this before. This is next level acting and you can tell each actor studied their character thru and thru. The first episode, I just couldn’t get use to the characters… at first… but not even 15 min into the episode, I was like “damn… they’re good” and now every minute into it I’m thoroughly impressed with every detail they throw into this. Absolutely amazing. This is the type of show you hope will never end. 10/10 for me.

Such a nail biter. So many holes open that can wreck their world, and they do a phenomenal job at exposing these holes at the most critical moments EVERY EPISODE… to the point where your stomach churns while you squirm in your seat like “oh $h!t… not this”

I worked on set building the hidden “spring” which was at a rock Cory in Atlanta. Also built the motel set not far down the road from there and had the opportunity to work with ed helms and Christina applegate. I’ve probably watched this movie over 20 times, and it never gets old. My heart goes out to Christina, and I’m hoping nothing but the best for her. She’s one of the real ones ❤️

Not too shabby. I dove in without any knowledge of the movie whatsoever. No trailer, no nothin’ 🤌 Didn’t even read the description… and guess what… I was thoroughly impressed. Steadily entertained thru out the whole movie. Kinda wished it was longer tho. “That’s what she said”… okay, I’m done. I’ll see myself out 👉🏻😎👉🏻

Never read the books, and I’m only 2 episodes in… but so far, so good 😎 Not a big fan of the wife tho. Always bickering redundantly, trying psychoanalyze my boy Joe and I’ve had about enough of it. If I wanted to hear a bunch of nagging during my quality tv hour, I’d just go get married. Hopefully she’ll calm down or die. Either one works for me. Edited: okay, after further review, it has become clear that: Wifey isn’t half bad after all. Actually a bit of a ride or die if you know what I mean. So hats off to her. We like her ya’ll. She can stay. She doesn’t have to die after all.

This movie is really good. Well worth the watch…. But it concerns me how well Ethan Hawke played the roll of a Pedo. Almost as if he’s surrounded by them in his career field. 🧐

Prison, gangs, and cop corruption. What more can you want. This season is where it’s at. Only 4 episodes in and I’m already hooked. I highly advise watching up to the 2nd season and then diving straight into round 2. Ish gets real 🤌

These biscuits be bussin’. Super cool movie the whole family can watch. Haven’t enjoyed an animation this much since “finding Nemo”. “Lets-ah goo!”
