I wish it were some other predator like Kristen Stewart's Underwater and not a megalodon.
The myth/legend is half-baked but maybe that's on purpose? But the fossil-fuel bad and American vs indigenous population culture shock tropes were definitely left unexplored.
Also, that kid is sooo annoying. Too bad (spoiler alert) he survives.
