We saw this musical in London. It was just awful. It was so loud and strobe lighting literally blinding you. The singers were absolutely screeching into the microphones, it was sensory overload. It had no charm, no story, no significance. Its a shame because the idea of having a musical of Henry's wives would have been brilliant, but this was not It. It would make a well person feel ill, so I would strongly advise not taking young kids, elderly people or anyone to be honest! I love theatre, always have done, and I can hand on heart say this was the worst production (professional and amateur) that I have ever been too. We walked out after 10 mins. Sorry!
