Yikes. I don't know how you can mess up a movie that's essentially a shot for shot remake, but it has been accomplished. The acting is just... Bad. Awkward lines, bad delivery, bad directing. Bad CGI. I cringed through the entire movie. Aladdin has zero charm. They destroyed the songs - who knew Will Smith couldn't actually sing?? Cut out just about every moment that made the movie exciting. Pacing is soooooo slow. It has lost all the magic, energy and appeal of the original. I will say Jasmine was good.
