Forever wishing movies weren’t pushing agendas down our throats. Unfortunately the Barbie movie tried to do just that.

I am okay with standing by the fact that I don’t like being hated on due to my race, as I’m sure everyone feels about their own specific races. I also don’t appreciate the example this movie set for several other factors. The way the kids spoke to their parents came off as disrespectful. The cop scene was disturbing for a family comedy. This movie was not good. It’s sad that family movies are as political as this. Let the kids be kids. Write about inclusion of all races. Quit making an apparent dividing line if you truly want change and equality for all.

I feel like I’m watching a bad early 2000’s spoof movie.
