I watched this movie in the theaters and I honestly thought it would be better. Zendaya was a queen (as always), but the movie had odd music that was timed very weird with different parts of the movie. The main music tracks were this techno synthesizer music and these choir kids, and the music was played at random times you wouldn’t expect. The editing was also not very good and switched back and forth between the past and the present day about 20 times, which made the story very hard to follow. The movie also had some weird camera angles and some very long scenes that lost my interest because literally nothing was happening. It also ended on a bit of a cliffhanger, and not a good one.
