This series was the only reason I ever picked up an Xbox controller, starting with the original Forza Horizon for 360. Until that time, I was just a PS2 guy. Now we're at part 5. Original was great! 2 was AWESOME! To each their own but I feel like 3 was probably the best. 4 was pretty good, A LOT of extra content...well worth buying the ultimate edition. 5? PGG dropped the ball. Game feels like a Mexico expansion pack. The extra money people dished out for an Ultimate Edition is not justified as here we are a year later, and almost have nothing to show for it. Got a refund for my preorder, now I play it on Game Pass. I feel like this one hasn't lived up to the bar set by previous Horizon titles. Still a good game. Looks good, I play on a One X and Series X. But very buggy, and the devs are more worried about making the game harder to make money and political correctness than they are of delivering a great product. I'll add this one to my disc collection when I can get for 15-20 dollars. It's just not worth it to me.

The story is good. The game on even a PS4 Pro and a OneX is questionable. I got my refunds but I won't recommend this game to anyone on the previous consoles. And I'm not spending damn near $500 (minimum) on a console for one game when all other games released after PS5 and Series X still look good on the consoles that I've already spent $500 on within the last 3 years. This game needs work, and maybe a company not looking for a quick cash grab and looking to spend all profits on fixing the PC platform. (7 Days to Die sounds so familiar here).

Grew up watching the cartoon, so I was very excited to see this version. Wasn't disappointed and it was a lot of fun to watch. For whatever reason, I feel like the voice actors didn't play it with the same range of emotions as the original cartoon. James Earl Jones, Seth Rogen, and the baboon were my favorites this time around. But still, I'd recommend this to anyone, whether you have seen the original or not.
