I have ordered Dr. Trust kitchen scale .. and refund was initiated at the time of return and said in 6 to 7 days amount rs 606 will be credited in your account.. till now no amount is credited in my account and now in chat they are saying replacement is made.. I have screenshot of communication with their staff and refund. And now I am asking for money thay are saying replacement is done. No contact no to directly contact with customer care .. I have done so many messages but no one came for further chat and no call yet. Very very pathetic service at the time of refund. Not at all satisfied. Rajkot
