Ignore the critics. This film was a masterpiece written for a specific niche of people- Teens who grew up being charmed and terrified by this franchise. People who grew up reading and writing fan stories, drawing art, and watching the movie's production get tossed from company to company. People who waited for years, and knew all the tidbits of lore. People who knew before stepping foot into the theatre what/who the plot twist would be. FNaF is a timeless classic and the movie was charming and hilarious, but also perfectly creepy and thrilling. It gave personality and backstory to characters we have been spending years trying to decipher. Film critics get paid to point out the flaws in everything. People like me who went to go see this movie and felt like they were 12 years old again, are the people this movie was meant for. Not film critics. This movie was excellent, and there is little to nothing I would have changed about it.
