I have not read the book so not sure if the plot in the tv was adapted from the book or if the tv show changed it. In my view, the first 6 episodes were reasonably ok and Arthur was portrayed as a guy who was willing to make scarifies for the greater good and was a sensible and smart guy, always thinking about the country first. But then episode 7 came and suddenly this guy made a selfish decision because quite frankly he was just horny. This stupid decision then became the drive for the plot development in the later episodes. Such a let down. They used 6 episodes to build up one character and then just ruined it like that. It is hard to root for such Arthur because all the subsequent drama was simply due to his own stupidity and selfishness. The one star I gave is for this stupid story-line since episode 7.
