Dazy Dazey

I maybe missing something, but the first hour of this film is pretty dreadful, in fact, almost laughable. It develops a bit as the lead character does, and there are a few good scenes and great moments, but I went to see it with a friend without knowing anything about it, and would not recommend it at all. I thought the woman playing the lead role was dreadful, the men were better, the themes are really interesting and thought provoking, the sets are beautiful, but no, if this film has some hype attached, don't believe it. My film going friend and I considered leaving early. We tend to not read reviews before we go so open minded but honestly, this film was a wasted opportunity to explore great ideas and themes. Main problem was the lead (I don't do celebrities so never heard of her), just ridiculously bad acting and script.
