No refund policy with the game. Should have bought through steam. Bought and haven't been able to 1.)Create a character on a realm in NA due to overpopulation 2.)Even be able to login on the other realm to play the character I create in the trial for the same reasons.
Didn't realize I was buying a game that requires you to sit in a queue for an hour first each time. 0/10 all because of Square Enix, not because of actual gameplay
