This show is awful. My 2 1/2 year old daughter falls into the target audience of young toddlers and she hates it. If I put it on she screams NO! NO! NO! and if I don’t turn it off fast enough she starts crying. She loves trains and loves the old Thomas and Friends episodes. In AEG the trains don’t even behave like trains. They jump off the track, use their wheels and bumpers like hands, and even fly. Everything (including the trains) jumps all over the place and the story line isn’t well developed and it’s hard to follow. The jumpy, loud, and overly “busy” animation is too much for little ones. It’s got nothing of value and nothing to appeal to older children so siblings of any toddlers who actually watch this will be bored out of their minds. My friend’s 8 year old loves Thomas and Friends and like my daughter he hates AEG and won’t watch it. I hope this dies quickly and they make more Thomas and Friends episodes. If you’re considering watching this do yourself and your kids a favour and don’t watch it.
