I went in with an open mind, and I was punished for it. I should have known Idris Elba films are always overrated and never good. I went in hoping for it to be at least something different, something new, but it was the same tired slop that Hollywood keeps blasting into the void - I don't know who they are writing for but they are definitely not writing to entertain the audience anymore.
