Amazing show. Phenomenal acting. A great retelling of the classic Anne Rice story while staying true to the book most of the time. Most changes to the story are for the better and make sense, this isn’t some “turning characters gay or into POC for brownie points” thing. Anne would be proud of what her creation has become. Edit: It’s funny how people are saying that the show “added sexuality” or whatever I’m convinced that none of these negative reviewers read the books OR watched the movie. Louis has always been attracted to men, Lestat has always been attracted to men. Anne Rice said all her vampires are bisexual, what difference does it make to have Louis be gay instead of bi? The fact that he can’t be a p*dophile towards Claudia if he’s not attracted to women or girls?
