Entertained but when measured against Christopher Nolan's genius I say "Meh!"
Almost 3 hours, why? Because every scene had to be over-engineered to such an overly-posed state that it became irritating. I once read a quote which said "the object of good design is knowing what to leave out". When each scene is trying so hard to be a masterpiece and actors are being forced to over dramatise scenarios, you land up with nothing memorable because every scene is over-powering. Bring back Christopher Nolan please....

Criminals are afraid of the dark when the Bat signal goes on, but yet they don't know who he is when he shows up...
Batman explodes the glass domed roof of the square garden to make a dramatic entrance...Wonder what happend to the thousands of people below when the glass shattered....they seemed ok moments later when Batman was hanging off the walkway...amateur scripting!
