An interesting, intriguing title. Followed by offensive, contradictory, wandering, repetitive dribble. Yes, bad things happen, as do disappointments; and it’s important to identify and prioritize one’s response, or lack of response. However, the author’s messages and anecdotes addressing this reality are smeared with narcissism, arrogance privilege and pessimism. Discouraging, over all. Disturbing. Borders on dangerous, especially for young people. A sorry example of a ‘self help’ read.
