The first law of game design is balance. In this regard, they really have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. What can so much of the time be a genuinely unique gaming experience with everything going for it, just suddenly and out of nowhere decides to completely fuck you, without mercy. It’s like they did the user testing, found what was broken and then just said “fuck it, that’s all part of the game”. If you don’t have enough frustration to deal with in your real life already and would like to introduce more via your ‘leisure’ time, this is the game for you.
