Totally Bizarre! A 25-page visit to Twilight Zone. A century-old premonition of what we can look forward to when AI, the Internet of Things, machine learning, contact tracing, Zoom, text messaging and mechanically-transmitted communicating all become more integrated, omnipresent and omnipotent in our daily lives. Perhaps bad enough already, IMO. Technology is a double-edged sword--brings some good thing to life, but also is slowly sucking the life out of human lives. The short story seems to be the path we are traveling already traveled in the mind of the author.
