Minisplit stopped working. Fabian with Cowboy's help came out. Checked out my AC/Heat and said I had a Freon leak. Told me I needed to replace unit. Fabian,tried to upsale me to a new Dankin Minisplit. I Informed him I had a new in the box Pioneer Minisplit in my garage and asked would he install my new unit. He agreed and got a price and scheduled a service crew. The next day I canceled the install because my unit was working fine for 24 hours and is still running. He had advised me that my would quit because the compressor didn’t have enough Freon and would shut off again. Shame on you Fabian and Cowboys. Fabian is the son of the owner of Cowboys and I will never use their service again. Anyone thinking of using that company should look for an another company to service or buy their product. I paid their $19.95 service call. Thanks Fabian for flipping on the breaker. I’m a disabled veteran and expect Honesty and Integrity. OSO
