I love love love the original charmed so I wanted to see this new one. It has similarities tho very different too. The fact that their powers keeps changing , Maggie use to read minds, now she had premonitions, Mel use to stop time but now can boil things and speed/ slow time, etc. Also, being a black woman i find it kind of crazy how Maggie is supposedly half black like Macy. I am just stating my opinion, no shade or bad intent. BUT in real life her Dad is not 100% black but she claims to be half black. Can someone help me understand ? How can you be half black and neither of your parents are 100% black? I find that offensive. If you want to be black just say that. I just rather people claim all parts of themselves. Other than that this show is interesting. My fav character is Mel being that she has remained consistent for the most part and s really great actor.
