And the amazing cast, no words. Perfect casting. This will be my all time favorite drama. Best medical drama with no over dramatic scenarios. This drama is comfort zone. Its soo heart whelming , i got no words to describe this amazing drama. Every episode is so beautifully written and portrayed. This drama revolves around 5 friends from medical school and has been there for each other for around 20 years. They all work in same hospital and how they enjoy their life even in their busy work schedules. This drama teach us many life lessons. Its such a positive vibe drama out there. Give it a go with no doubt !

This is a must watch drama , dnt even think twice to watch it.You will be not disappointed. This is one of the best Kdramas i have watched. its soo feel good and comfort type drama. The character development was on top for very character. There is no unrealistic fancy character, we could connect with all the character at some point of the drama. this drama makes you heart and mind content after watching. There is lots of good values teaching in this drama and make us realize every good things you do will help you at some point of time.
