Mark Wahlberg did a phenomenal job in this movie. I see Oscar Contender if the liberal academy members allow it, We know already how they are about anything that has to do about religion. If not shame on them!!!!! As for Mark he did Justice for for his character as Father Stuart Long, his acting, the changes of his body, the story line of the movie. I was amazed how the transformation of his body for this role. Mark Walhberg is a buff guy and works out and his character in the beginning this beautiful muscular body transforming and then gain weight and then loss muscle on his arms and legs. I’m enduring something very similar right now in my life, Covid paralyzed me for more then six months, my immune system attacked my nervous system. Then found out I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, without no insurance and no help from anyone I made myself stand and even able able to walk just a few steps. I’ve been there with the falls on the floor several times every month with some real close calls of serious injury but someone is watching up, maybe my guardian Angel. I’ve also needed help with other issues which I won’t even say and needed help, it’s not fun when one was one heathy and still only 50 yrs old . This movie has been very inspirational for me, I cried with laughter, sadness and tears of not to giving up in life and fight it all the way and even though life is short accomplish your dreams no matter what happens. Thanks Mark Walhberg for this inspiration. I also must give credit to the other afters too, especially Mel Gibson. I’ve always loved and admired this actor since I saw him in Mad Max with those baby blue eyes. I used to joke with my friends that Mel Gibson was my favorite and I would take him even if worse depend diapers. That was always, my little joke when we spoke about our fav actors . Lmao.
