Nothing like the book at all. Love & Gelato is one of my favorite books to read and the movie absolutely ruins the plot of the entire thing. If you didn't read the book before watching the movie, you would have no idea what's going on. I have so many questions about why they had to change so many things, but it's fine. I'll just only read the book. They HAVE to make a remake of this movie because what the hell was that.
