I never write reviews but I felt the need to after I read some that made me disagree. Many said that the men were selfish but I mean cmon they knew they would get humiliated or killed if they revealed they were gay especially if they were in politics. Acting straight was like the only option so they just had to enjoy themselves secretly. I in fact did cry because I don't think it was fair . One review said how did people cry...I mean how didn't you...? The men were publicly humiliated, held at gunpoint and were literally ganged up on by the rest in front of a church, while they were just a while ago enjoying themselves and one even cried as they saw themselves as a women. It was sad how they were killed just because of their sexuality and I don't think the person who reviewed that understands. Yes the wife deserved better but did you hear her? She said she would cure him and said she hoped god would forgive his sin... all while she tried to literally almost rape him...( she was forcing him in her..!) besides that I think this movie was a masterpiece and I'm glad these times are changing and being more accepting.
