First time review a show. It's too heavy and stressing to watch it. Almost every characters of the show is so loud and noisy. None of the episode without shouting, yelling and cursing. Not only smoking involves, even drug and gun ( to solve things out? ). The mc is too egoist, try to push his ideals n try make things better without communications that ended up burden almost every staff n mess up the kitchen. Especially, the time when he locked up at cool room, actually everything is better without him. He has lots experience in the kitchen and fine dining restaurant. And here keep repeating the same mistakes, banging the door and cursing. The idea of new menu everyday is crazy, instead of make money, it's more than lose. The worse part, when something is went wrong, he asked other to figure it out without realize his own fault and find the solutions. Richie character is even better at managing the service, he only watch one time and can handle it very well. It's just his attitude, keep yelling and cursing need to be improve. Many character is getting improve until this S3, but I wonder about the mc.
