Anam Hussain

This show actually had me invested and interested since Mandalorian (s1-2) and Ahsoka. It's 8 episodes, and although I wasn't a fan of ep 7 (a flashback episode; felt like it should have been postponed to the next season or placed in the earlier episodes of s1) or, like many, ep 8 (which most people hated b/c of it being an unresolved cliffhanger), I think the showrunner did an excellent job for setting up for s2. This show definitely has potential if Disney would give it a chance. The cast had great chemistry and I liked how they've finally shifted the focus to the High Republic era (it was about time; I became bored of the excess shows/content that revolved around the prequels or original trilogy). I know there are people who are gonna be heavily critical of this show, but if it helps, the Acolyte is definitely better than the sequel trilogy. To close off, I definitely recommend that people who choose to watch the Acolyte go in with an open mind and and remember that this show takes place during the High Republic, so it's best not to compare it to the storyline from the Prequals, Original Trilogy, and Sequels.
