Homeowner’s should not tell Christina their budget, they need to tell her what they want and she in turn tells them what it costs. In the episode I am watching currently, the homeowners told her their budget is $225,000 for a Kitchen remodel, wow!! They can do a complete home remodel for that amount of money! Be smarter homeowners, if you tell a contractor how much you have to spend, they will conveniently tell you that is what it will cost and just pocket more of your hard earned money.
