Putting aside all of the clearly predatory and downright corrupt business practices that exist in and around this game, the game is a shell of its former self. Hero design went from quirky and different to stock standard and bloated. Beyond that, the "reworks" and "balance changes" are so removed from reality that I would sooner believe the Earth was flat than the OW2 balance team actually plays the game. What's more is that nearly every update since launch they've "improved matchmaking" which could not be more of a bold faced lie than the PVE itself. This season has one of the best battle passes so far and yet the worst balance and matchmaking by far. You can make your own opinions on the game but trust me, for your own mental health, stay away from this game.
