It's "Halo" with negligible Covenant, Chief or even the titular HALO scenes. And please that's John, not 117 or even less, the Master Chief. It's like he never wears his helmet. In the game, he almost never wears his face.
The show is well acted (for the most part), and well directed. Pablo Schreiber tries.
But man oh man, does the show drop the ball BIG TIME, when so far in, we hardly believe this to be a or THE Halo universe. Alternate timeline be damned!
