Aggravated Astronomer

A muddled and awkwardly delivered script, tonally incoherent from scene to scene, and better described as an abstract drama with jump-scares than a horror. Strong cinematography and a great soundtrack can't redeem the substance of the film itself; a farcical, masturbatory fever dream that had me laughing through what were intended to be shocking or poignant moments. It doesn't have a plot so much as a meandering series of loose ends and clichés which terminate in an anti-climax of howling absurdity that contemptibly undercuts whatever dull flicker of investment you might have managed.
