Cosmopolis is a movie that is to be watched more then once in my opinion; if you're a true film buff and like challenging themes as I do. Robert Pattinson is more than just the "Twilight guy" He does an array of indie films such as The Lighthouse with William Dafoe; which is just one of many films with depth that he chooses to take on instead of higher grossing movies such as Twilight. I respect that in an actor/actress. I digress the film at hand Cosmopolis shows how far removed and how the character shuts the world around him out; yes the film is pretentious and theirs a lot of what seems to be absurd topics being talked about . I feel like that was the point as well as other aspects to this film. I don't believe it's for everyone, but I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. I would would most certainly watch it again; as well as buy it on Blu-ray.
