I don't know, this movie is just a lot to take in. Self-absorbed husband? It seems more like self-absorbed wife. She has everything. She has it better than a lot of other people. Her husband is just trying to talk to her, and oh my God, I can't. I am a woman myself, and I just think that the main character is too much. I mean, look at the distressed husband. He had worked all day long, having a bad day, but when he came home the wife was just talking about her great day and tapestries and all, without actually listening to him. The husband, hasn't he done enough to make her happy? Sure, he isn't perfect, well nobody is. This movie is good, as it depicts our modern problem so realistically. But then again, don't you feel like she only needs to have more gratitude towards all the things that she already have? That is the correct address problem of the society. They think that they are worse than they actually are. Am I weird for for having this empathy towards the husband, and not the wife? The first hour of this movie just made me so angered, and I don't know why. Shall I say this movie is thought provoking and emotionally evoking? Yes it is, but for a different reason.
