That Val annoys me like crazy; like she is the gardai - suspecting everyone at the drop of a hat. This after she was supposedly moving on (against his approval). Yes, it is full of plot holes and I am only in Season 1.

It isn't a fast-paced film. Each shot makes you feel the protagonists' pain, their fears. So many scenes in the film are poignant - making you want to cry with them. No loud sermonising, nothing. This movie is just what the LGBTQ community can do with. It is a beautiful movie. Have always had a softer corner for Mammootty than I did Mohanlal. It is the second movie in less than a year that he has given a stand-out performance. The other was Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam.

The protagonist has a crisis and spends time with teenagers and is more confused than them? There were moments in between and the movie began hopefully enough. Liked her spirit in the early scenes but then... I watched because I had nothing better to do and wanted to know how it ended. Was tempted more than once to switch it off.

As someone with first hand experience in dealing with a father who had dementia, could relate so much to the father-daughter relationship. The grand-daughter's patience in the end reminded me of my own daughter who is ever so patient in dealing with the elderly. Loved this heartwarming movie. Wonderful acting all around.
