I love playing as Zelda, and I thought the story was interesting. I got really attached to Tri. It was nice to see old characters like jabu jabu, but it didn’t feel like they really added anything new to the world other than the rifts. There were only a few puzzles that I didn’t find a way to solve immediately, so it felt a bit like running through inconvenient rooms instead of really getting that eureka moment from the puzzles. There wasn’t really anything to spend my rupees on other than the smoothies, which I made a few of, but stopped because it became tedious to watch the cutscene every time. Also they only cost me 10 rupees each, I had a spare 1000 at least by the end of the game. The biggest issue for me was the UI. I spend SO much time just scrolling through an endless list of echoes to find the particular one I was looking for. It felt like I only used 10% of them. Having a favorites menu would be a dream, but what does Nintendo know about quality of life haha.

Theres no way to restart the level if the ONE DUDE you're supposed to punch is standing outside of your guardian. The levels also would randomly change your rotation every time the camera resets (when you teleport around), which is often and can be VERY disorienting if you happen to be trying not to punch your tv as well as the enemies.
