Excellent movie. Highly entertaining with a phenomenal cast.

We have lost our ability to appreciate subtle impacts. Listen, my favorite films are Natural Born Killers, The Neon Demon, True Romance ( super, ultra violent films, all of them ) but this film is unbelievably beautiful, perfectly acted, and big big budget. I went to see it with five people and four of them really hated it. I found it to be subtle, sweet, funny, even romantic ( particularly as a love letter to Hollywood, it is very effective ). But there is no sex or nudity, and very very little violence. I think that this was hard for people based on expectations. But it is a stunning, subtle, beautiful and big budget beauty. Truly.
