I am not grieving but this book made me grieve. I recommend listening to the audiobook version. It is so well done and reads like a poem. I am drawn in overcome with flavor, emotion, smell & love. Even though I speak and understand very little spanish, I am grateful that the author doesn’t translate the words because it just pulls you deeper. You don’t need to know the language to understand what is being said.
