Another week.....Another movie that could have been a BLOCKBUSTER at the box office "Shershah" is a must watch film and this is probably going to be the turning point of Siddharth Malhotra's career. Tbh I am the kind of person who generally does not enjoy war films, but this movie literally kept me on the edge of my seat for the 2 hrs. The actors were especially mind-blowing. Sidharth finally gave a strong answer to the haters who said that he can't act, and Kiara also didn't failed to play her character at the fullest. The plot, the acting, the dialogues, the songs, the direction, everything is just so perfect that you wouldn't want to miss watching the film Although I felt that the love story of the film seems a bit streched at one point, but then I understood that it's basically trying to tell us how the girlfriends/wives of army officers fall in love with their partners, without knowing that whether they have a future together or not. The ending part *SPOILER ALERT* where the Indian flag is waved at the end, it just fills your heart with patriotism and you feel proud of all the freedom fighters and soldiers who sacrificed their lives and are still continuing to do so for the country and it's people. And the way Kiara cries at the funeral just broke my heart into million pieces. That scene makes you feel the pain of all the people who experienced this situation in real life, it makes you realise how much heartbreaking it might be for the family members of soldiers who actually lost their loved one in the war Overall this film is one of the best films of 2021, and if u still haven't watched it, then u are committing a mistake. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews, I am sure u are going to enjoy this film. 10/10 recommended

This is an amazing film, truly one of the best films made in bollywood I watched it one day after release since this movie was in the news every single day, so I was also pretty excited to watch it. And I am really happy to see that the film didn't disappoint. For me the film was more on the emotional side rather than the funny one. The story revolves around Mimi (Kriti Sanon) a local dancer who has dreams of becoming a successful actress in bollywood but does not have enough money to go to mumbai. She meets Bhanu (Pankaj Tripathi) a local taxi driver who suggests her to become a surrogate mother to a foreign couple in order to make money. She first hesitates but eventually agrees. And from here on starts the rollercoaster of problems. This two hours of film are filled with laughter, emotions, entertainment and in the end they also give a good message, which is necessary to know nowadays. The songs are also good, especially param sundari and hutututu. But one thing I don't understand is that why are the critics being so harsh to the film, like it's not that cliché has some "professional reviewers" are claiming. Pls don't pay attention to the negative reviews, this film is a truly a gem! I still remember the times when ppl used to call kriti sanon "just a pretty face who can't act", but this film truly showed her true potential as an actress and she has proved that she is worthy of becoming an actress. If this film was released in theatres I am sure it would have crossed the 100 crs mark. If u are still reading the reviews to see whether to watch the film or not, then don't waste ur time and go watch this masterpiece, I am sure u would love it! 10/10 recommended

I can't believe that a masterpiece like this is rated 3.7 by the audience, and then they are the same people who say bollywood doesn't make good movies anymore. Some might say I am exaggerating but this movie is a clear defination of "masterpiece". The story revolves around a female forest officer (Vidya Balan) who, while battling the man-nature conflict, is challenging the sexist stereotypes of a largely male-dominated field in India. The story, screenplay, acting, songs everything is perfect. I have to say that the entire cast which includes vijay raaz, neeraj kabi, ila arun, gopal dutt, brijendra kala, sampa mandal amar singh parihar, anoop trivadi gave wonderful performances And then finally we come to the female protagonist of the movie, Vidya Balan. I have liked her acting since kahani and I must say she didn't disappoint and gave an amazing performance. The way she delivered her dialogues, and expressed different emotions throughout the movie is just perfect The only bad thing is that the movie does not have a happy ending, but again not every story needs a happy ending, some of them can have a tragic ending but still make a place in audience's heart Overall the film is absolutely one of the best indian films made, at some point it might look slow but I think it's necessary to understand the story and situation better. I would say this is a must watch movie. 10/10 recommend
