I don't get why people are rating this game 1 or 2 out of 5. This game totally deserves to be the Game of the Year. It is totally worth the money spent. A great story which can touch you really deeply. I said "can" because I've always seen this game, and its predecessor, as a game which doesn't focus on the gamplay as much as it does with its plot and this is what I like about it. Let me be clear: if you're looking for a game which focuses on the mechanics of its gameplay you might not be looking in the right place. Surely this game has, in my opinion, really good mechanics and it is also known for having the most expensive dialogues sections ever made in the history of videogames, as there are tons and tons of new dialogues you can trigger thorughout the whole game, but The Last of Us II is a game made for its plot, not for its mechanincs. To really enjoy this game you need to be able to let yourself be dragged in the emotional world of The Last of Us, as well as Ellie's emotions. I managed to do this and really got involved in this post-apocaliptic world, to the point that I was really sad, and believe me when I say REALLY SAD, everytime that I toughut that this voyage I was playing would have ended. Therefore I can say that I can't stand only one thing about this game. Yes, you guessed it: it ends.
