Ann Macdonald

A slow but exquisite “burn”in which three characters meet and share exquisite but separate space together. There are only snippets of clues about the three astonishing players. Money, class, self awareness, sex and brutality color in the profiles but we are left with very few reasons for the events and ultimate outcome of the story. The actors are superb. The clueless protagonist embodies the confusion of the post adolescent male as he never closes his mouth. Of the three he shows the picture of a troubled unloved confused young man. This film will be in my mind for days to come.
