Absolutely love this gritty film. Watched it alot growing up. This film helped me find my voice and the ability to stand up for what I believe in. It's a true coming of age film. Discusses alot of subjects that were considered taboo and dark. Like teen pregnancy, and suicide and the struggles that teens face everyday and how teachers and parents are oblivious. An excellent film. I highly recommend.
